Your responsibilities...
- Telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers
to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to
prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Recruit, interview and place highly skilled IT professionals.
Responsible for solidifying ProTech Systems Group, Inc. presence in the
local marketplace through consistent participation in networking
organizations and events.
- Contact supervisors to determine candidate's viability to support and
resolve specific client needs.
- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
- Generate new business through outside sales activities such as cold
calls, prospecting, territory planning and relationship building.
- Focusing on medium to large size accounts, with an annual staffing
spend
ranging from $250k-$4million
- Closer - We are looking for someone who has proven themselves as
someone who can deliver on their goals!
What you bring to the table:
- Ability to pick up the phone every day.
- Proven sales and/or technical background to develop and grow his/her
own client base by selling our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions.
Passionate about being the best at what you do.
- Strong sense of business and bottom line.
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Teachable and coach able.
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Committed to building relationships based upon very high quality work
that results in repeat business.
